- To consultatively engage in existing business and win new business in new service lines.
- Create and execute go to market plan to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- To develop in-depth understanding of HCL's service and solutions portfolio.
- Design and execute an effective go-to-market strategy for the accounts managed.
- Demonstrate pursuit rigor and planning by preparing and publishing appropriate and timely go-to-market plan updates, prospect communications, campaign plans, proposals, pursuit plans etc.
- Provide accurate information/reports to Reporting Manager within agreed time scales.
- Schedule and run periodic sales and performance review meetings
- Keep up to date with customer and competitive intelligence by Understanding market trends and its relevance in order to seed appropriate newer HCLs offerings
- Develop and manage excellent working partnerships with alliance partners and intermediaries relevant to your marketplace and services.
- Collaborating with marketing team and internal key stakeholders for Effective communication to build branding
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in selling/closing deals in IT Services (Both Applications or Infra Services selling/New services line will be an added value).
- Experience working within a large, matrixed company environment.
- Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.
- Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
- High energy level, ability to work well in demanding client environments.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making abilities.
