HCL DPO, Noida is hiring for Business Analytics role at Leadership level!!

The Global Ops Performance Leader will report to the VP of Delivery at HCL Technologies.

This role serves as the global leader and will be responsible for forming collaboration and innovation in leading and managing over 100+ contractual KPI and CPI. Work Collaboratively with the clients and HCL in negotiating and baselining any new metrics that may be proposed from time to time.

This includes leading collaboration, change management and adoption for successful business transformation initiatives which may require a complete overhaul of metrics, target setting. Reporting global metrics and dashboarding

Core Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for driving global Metrics across multiple tracks within the Program

- Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders at the client organization and being able to negotiate convincingly about pros and cons of certain metrics and its outcomes on the Client organization while always keeping HCLs best interest in mind.

- Drive the metrics team to identify various opportunities to automate reporting and providing meaningful Data Insights, trends and other analysis

- Be a trusted advisor for the VP of Delivery to be his eyes and ears in the client organization and keep him updated of any changes and metrics that may have financial implications for HCL

- Weekly, monthly, and Quarterly metrics reporting presentation to Internal and Client stakeholders

- Be actively engaged with the client organization to manage their changing needs and collaborate with internal HCL track leads on the changing dynamics and ability to share HCL point of view with the client and come to a Win-win solution

Key Skills and Competencies :

- The successful candidate will ideally have experience in leading Operations Performance function with active hands-on tools knowledge for reporting and Data analysis (Power BI, Business objects, power Apps, Excel, SQL, Qlickview etc)

- Should have knowledge of various billing methodologies/commercial (Billing Models - FTE, Transaction, Per min etc)

- Extensive experience with reporting and analysis tools

- Extensive experience in working in a cross-collaborative culture with multiple stakeholder management

- The ideal candidate has a high degree of business insight and emotional intelligence, a combination of strategy, operations, and experience, and can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment yet bring organization and structure to the teams and the projects they oversee.

- Strong ability to work with both business and client stakeholders

- An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and figure out why things happen

- Candidates for this role must have experience leading teams through change effectively and understand details while also seeing the big picture.

Education & Experience/Training

- Bachelor's degree and Master's degree preferred.

- Overall experience of 15-20 years with relevant experience in reporting, data analysis and client facing active engagement of 12-15 years

- Should have worked on or used Data reporting and analysis tools analysis (Power BI, Business objects, power Apps, Excel, SQL, Qlickview etc)

- Experience working in a matrixed global environment.

- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally & in writing

- Understanding of the Digital industry, and the issues and opportunities its players face will be an added advantage

- Open to work in US working hours
