Job Purpose:
The requisite role requires the candidate to be well versed with marketing and communications activities including event management, digital marketing, vendor management, project execution, websites management and a creative bent of mind. It is a multi-tasker role that will require meticulous planning and implementation of campaigns for various stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all channels.
- Manage social media presence, including content creation, community management, and analytics reporting.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform future strategies.
- Coordinate with sales team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor competitive landscape and stay up to date on industry trends.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities that align with our strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Embody our brand identity and values, bringing them to life through your creative approach.
POSITION AVAILABLE:
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Experience: 2-4 Years of experience.
Competencies:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
- Knowledge of MBA Marketing is preferred but not required
