Opportunity to be part of a start-up organization in Education space, within a large business group with interests in IT, HealthCare and Education.
The PMO team is responsible for managing significant projects (e.g. new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering, and establishment of control procedures). Sometimes referred to as internal consultants, typically work on multi-disciplinary projects and require a broad knowledge of the organization and its key functions. Strong quantitative, analytic and project management skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enable roll out of strategic plans by conducting relevant analyses, business modeling and coordinating with all the stakeholders
- Work with senior management to drive the annual business planning exercise for the organization, develop forecasts, draw out investment and execution plans
- Establish and implement governance process across the initiative by charting ways of working, ensuring compliance to them and tracking appropriate metric to ensure periodic review of the progress made on the program plan and deliverables
- Undertake research on industry dynamics, competition benchmarking, vendor assessment, product development etc to support the business teams
Qualifications:
- MBA from a premier business school, with specialization preferably in Finance or Information systems
- 1-2 years of experience
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Willingness to travel
