Qualification - B.Tech/MBA

- The Healthcare (Payer & Provider) BSG focuses on the US Payer & Provider market. As a member of the team you will act as the interface between US field sales and the delivery team.

- The ideal candidate will have 2 – 4 years’ experience in supporting US Healthcare Payer Market (primary responsibility) & US Healthcare Provider market (secondary responsibility). The candidate will be measure on ability to enable the creation of the sales funnel.

- The role responsibilities will be across three main areas:

Market Analysis & Research

- Research ongoing market trends in Payer / Provider domain and potential pain areas for industry

- Targeted research into specific subareas of the Payer / Provider market

- Comparative research of activities carried out by competitors

- Research on new market opportunity including recommendation for investment

Execution

- Develop Proposition based on trends in healthcare including business case, proposition development plan and Go-to-market plan

- Create opportunities specific sales collaterals

- Create and maintain internal & external collaterals – eg: white papers, brochures, corporate website

- Support external campaigns(eg: conferences, analyst interactions, events) through creation of collaterals, messaging and measuring campaign feedback

Account Level Sales Support

- Create pitch packs / account intelligence reports for specific accounts

- Create customized propositions based on pitch packs / account intelligence reports
