Role Description :
- Responsible for all pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI response, conceptualize solutions, proposal preparation, service mapping.
- Primary objective will be to manage and continuously evolve the Pre Sales process in a manner that translates into consistent and higher deal conversions, by implementing solutions and practices that are best in class and higher/equal to Industry bench mark.
- Successful candidate will be responsible for devising and delivery of Pre Sales strategy in conjunction with Sales and Marketing management objectives.
Qualification :
- MBA/PGDM from a premier B-School
- Post MBA, IT experience of 1-3 years Preferably in IT Infrastructure Management, Telecom, Networks, Security, IT Products Support or Design Engineering.
Skills :
Technical& Non-Technical :
- Key responsibility would be Bid Management and IT Infrastructure solution design
- Work with the Sales, Technical and Delivery team, Finance team and HR team to come up with a competitive proposal response.
- Effectively coordinate with other stakeholders for solution design, customer visits
- Good understanding and appreciation of the Technology landscape (IT Infrastructure - Data Centres, Networks, End User Computing, Security, Tools etc.).
- Exposure and inclination towards analytics and numbers
- Exposure to ITIL framework
- End-to-end ownership of the proposal response to the client.
- Good Analytical skills - well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare proposals, perform financial business cases and data analysis

- Interpersonal skills: Understands Ways of Working, Works seamlessly with peer groups, Ability to connect with Sales and technology teams.
- Presentation Skills: Understands HCL Infrastructure Services Division(ISD) Differentiators, Positioning and Peer Set Comparison, Present Corp pitch during induction sessions and internal team, Accompany Leadership/Vertical leads during client visits and understand messaging and articulation.
