hCentive - Product Manager

- Will work with a team of Lead BAs/Associate Product Managers to create/shape innovative Products, suitable to Healthcare market needs

- Will ensure quality and timely delivery of requirements throughout the product's lifecycle. Collaborate with the Product Engineering/QA teams and ensure the product features defined are built to quality.

- Will mentor/supervise a team of BAs to produce good quality PRDs (Product Requirement Document)/PSDs (Product Specification Document), conforming to various standards.

- Will work with Product Suite Owner for planning and execution of requirements for roadmap features, along with capacity/resource planning.

- Will support the sales team in communicating product capabilities. Align with the industry to keep abreast of compliance changes relevant to hCentive's products.

 Must-Have Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience working in Product Management.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Care Administration or related field

- Strong experience with the following: Policy Analysis, Product Roadmap Strategy and People Management. Business Process Modelling, BRD/FSD Review, SDLC (Waterfall/Agile etc.), Requirement Management tool (JAMA/Rational DOORS etc.), MS Project and MS Office.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent presentation skills and comfort with client facing conversations

- Ability to work independently and lead globally located BA Teams.

 Desirable Qualifications:

- Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) preferred.

- Experience with the Affordable Care Act and/or Medicaid systems - MAGI or Non-MAGI/Health Insurance Exchange (HIX)/Integrated Eligibility System (IES)

- Knowledge of UX/MITA guidelines.

- Understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) software architecture.

- Strong functional understanding of State based programs Medicaid, CHIP, Dual Eligibility etc. and deep experience in at least one of the programs. Grasp of the economics in State Exchange, value drivers and the ability to identify innovative opportunities and convert them into product innovations.

- Healthcare Industry expertise, thought leadership on industry direction and how to innovate specifically in State Exchange.

- Detail understanding of Healthcare (Health Plan and/or Health Systems) business processes.
