Brief About Pharma Services Division:
Health Care At Home (hereinafter referred as HCAH) is the largest Disease management player in India. We offer Integrated disease management programs for patients wherein we provide skilled support to Patient at their home like Nursing/Physio/Diet/Counseling, educational support, drug support, diagnostic support etc all these services given to Patients at ZERO cost. These services are sponsored by pharma/ med-tech companies.
HCAH works with majority of Pharma companies in their Patient Support Programs, Access Programs, Patient Educational initiatives, Direct to Patient drug delivery business models.
Serving Chronic Patients PAN India. HCAH has its own skilled workforce in 50+ cities.

Position Responsibility summary:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Identify and collate database for potential disease / therapeutic segments and operating pharmaceutical companies in those areas.
- Build networking with identified and prospective Pharmaceutical professionals to explore business opportunity for PULSE module.
- Conduct gap analysis of pharmaceutical business's end customer reach.
- Design workable module based on analysis to bridge gap in patient reach out.
- Effectively showcase and present business module to target customer and gain principle acceptance.
- Prepare proposal and work out commercials and decisively negotiate with prospective customer.
- Design and implement Customer Satisfaction Index policy and process in conjunction with Operations Manager.
- Strengthen and expand operational reach of program by identifying service providers and striking commercially viable business alliance with them to support service commitments under programs / modules.
MEDICO MARKETING
- Study medical and therapeutical aspects of different disease segments and prepare inspiring data for target customers business prospective.
- Conduct required research on existing data on various diseases / segments to build a saleable module.
- Keep abreast of updates in therapeutic areas of chronic and acute ailments.
Profiles Basic requirement:
- Any Graduate with a Zeal for Sales & BD (Not Marketing)
- Exposure to selling to Pharma companies is a must to have experience
- Exposure to working with pharma marketing organizations is a must to have experience.
- Alternatively, candidate working with similar job responsibility in non-pharma domain may as well be considered.
- Must have EXCELLENT oral and written communication skills along with EXCELLENT articulation skills
- Must have a flair for Sales and BD domain with exceptional aggression
