We are looking for Marketing Manager for Healthcare at Home India Pvt. Ltd for Noida Location.

As a Marketing Manager, you are required to oversee the growth of company's most important sales & marketing channel. Top tier corporate hospitals and doctors are our key clients wherein HealthCare at HOME serves as their extended hand to provide medical care to their patients at home. We are looking for an individual who can spearhead this channel and work closely with the sales team across India and drive key marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
Key Result Areas:-
- Owning complete Channel - To lead channel annual plans in line with the strategic objectives of the organization. Work with the unit and field sales team on developing and executing various sales and marketing strategies to meet sales targets and overall company objectives.
- Driving business Intelligence - Performance measurement, reporting & analysis with the focus on insights are the key towards a robust channel management.
- Business Partner Engagement: Own and drive the complete sales funnel
- Marketing Campaigns - Conceptualise and execute various consumer and doctor facing marketing campaigns in conjunction with marketing agencies to drive engagement and influence revenue. This would include both ATL & BTL campaigns.
- Sales Enablement- Formulate & institutionalize sales training program for field sales team including induction, on-job, and refresher training with a functional audit structure. Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Marketing Communication Tools: Constantly develop new and effective marketing communication tools to drive greater channel engagement and conversions Competencies Required

- Writing & Communication: You have proven excellent communication skills and are empathetic and patient when dealing with difficult situations.

- Creativity: You have the ability to develop & execute campaigns andbusiness strategies that are aligned with the business goals. You are also able to coordinate the development of visually pleasing creative materials.
- The team dedicated: You work in a team working environment.
