We are currently looking for a dynamic and talented digital marketing leader to join our growing team. The position requires managing and leading HealthCare atHOME (HCAH)'s online marketing efforts with the goal of scaling performance, increasing traffic and digital sales alongside meeting revenue goals through all digital channels (earned, owned, paid & affiliate).

The successful candidate will be data-driven with a proven track record of driving growth. You will design and execute traffic channel strategies, search and programs to acquire new customers. If you want operate at start up speed, solve some of the hardest problems and build a service which customers love, this would be the right profile for you.

About the Company: HealthCare atHOME is one of the leaders and pioneers of Home Healthcare industry in India. Founded in 2013 it is backed by the Burman family, the promoters of Dabur and the founders HealthCare at Home, UK. The company specializes in providing Post-operative care at home, doing medical procedures and even setting up ICUs at home. The Homecare concept though new is fast gaining acceptance in India, with marketing growing at more than 20% annually with total market size of roughly 2 billion $.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Acquire, optimize and grow traffic through SEM channels for multiple products.

- Work on current and new strategies to drive volume and enhance the booking experience.

- Create forecasts and identify trends to improve performance across all channels (Google, Bing, GDN, & Yahoo etc.)

- Solid understanding of SEO concepts both on page & off page, create strategies for lifting ranks for assigned product.

- Build, manage & optimize social campaigns & knowledge of third party tools.

- Create annual calendar and manage seasonality, events and promotional campaigns in order to drive conversions and increase brand awareness.

- Improve the overall booking experience across all our online properties.

- Using quantitative analysis to make data-driven decisions with sound knowledge of Google analytics.

- Assist in creating newsletters, EDMs and CRM based communication.

- Measure performance and help improve open, fill & repeat conversions.

Preferred :

- MBA from institutes top institutes like IIMs, XLRI, MDI etc.

- Individuals from Agency background or from FMCG, Telecoms, and Startups preferred.

- Experience in Brand Management, Corporate Communications, and Social Media Marketing.

- Salary as per industry norm, Fresher's can also apply.
