As a Product Marketing Manager, you are required to oversee the growth of company's most important product portfolio & channel. Key Result Areas - Define product strategy and implementation of product communication, activation, media plans, and PR initiatives for the products. - Lead portfolio P&L - Achievement of topline, market share and bottom-line targets for the products assigned. - Design and develop all marketing strategies and programs; drive demand for our products with creative and innovative marketing practices - Owning complete Channel - To lead channel annual plans in line with the strategic objectives of the organisation. Work with the unit and field sales team on developing and executing various sales and marketing strategies to meet sales targets and overall company objectives. - Driving business Intelligence - Performance measurement, reporting & analysis with focus on insights are the key towards a robust channel management. - Business Partner Engagement: Own and drive the complete sales funnel - Marketing Campaigns - Conceptualise and execute various consumer and doctor facing marketing campaigns in conjunction with marketing agencies to drive engagement and influence revenue. This would include both ATL & BTL campaigns. - Top tier corporate hospitals and doctors are our key clients wherein HealthCare at HOME serves as their extended hand to provide medical care to their patients at home. We are looking for an individual who can spearhead this channel and work closely with the sales team across India and drive key marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives - Sales Enablement- Formulate & institutionalise sales training program for field sales team including induction, on-job and refresher trainings with a functional audit structure. Accomplishes sales training and organisation mission by completing related results as needed. - Marketing Communication Tools: Constantly develop new and effective marketing communication tools to drive greater channel engagement and conversions Competencies Required - Passion for Sales & Marketing: You have a passion, intellectual curiosity and that inherent drive to constantly out do yourself and learn new and amazing things. - Writing & Communication: You have proven excellent communication skills and are empathetic and patient when dealing with difficult situations. - Project/Management & Organization: You must be a detail-oriented multitasker with the ability to lead several initiatives & campaigns at once while still delivering the best work quality. - Creativity: You have the ability to develop & execute campaigns and business strategies that are aligned with the business goals.
