Position: Asst Mgr - Compensation and Benefits:
What This Position Is All About:
- The Compensation Specialist will be a key partner in assisting the Compensation team with both immediate and long-term deliverables. This role will play an integral part in supporting the Global Compensation Team on compensation related activities, as well as the implementation and administration of corporate and business specific compensation programs. This includes, but is not limited to, compensation modeling, survey submission, market research and analysis, base pay review, and the administration of merit programs & short-term incentive plans.
- This position will also be responsible for ensuring the validation of employee data for compensation deliverables. This role will contribute to the day-to-day operations of compensation, including but not limited to market pricing requests. Additionally, this position will be a key contributor to the overall Compensation & Benefits team and will provide support in areas such as data validation, analysis and ad hoc report requests.

You Also Have:
- 6+ of experience in Human Resources or Compensation & Benefits
- Intermediate to advanced skills on MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
- Excellent analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic, and solid communication skills
- Extensive reporting experience including knowledge of processes and data usage
- Strong know-how of local labor laws and regulations is preferred
- Certification in Data Analytics/ Business Analytics or practical knowledge of Tableau, Power BI (Will be an added advantage)
- Graduate in Business Administration / Human Resources management (Preferred)
As the Specialist, Compensation You Will:
- Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team to assist in the collation, validation of data and any ad hoc requests
- Support in deployment of compensation processes such as annual increments, bonuses, benchmarking, pay fitments, etc.
- Ensure data integrity, governance and manage quality audits
- Liaison with Compliance Consultants to ensure all labor & statutory compliances are adhered
- Participate in compensation surveys to obtain the latest market information for benchmarking
- Mapping of market data and best practices to take informed decisions / for new initiatives
- Helping People teams with budgeting and manpower planning
- Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research
- Identify process improvement areas to reduce effort and enhance process throughput
- Evaluating and establishing new processes and exploring avenues for automation
- Presenting compensation process insights and recommendations to management
