ROLE & LOCATION :

- Sr. Manager / Manager - Innovation Strategy

- Havells Center for Research & Innovation, Noida

JOB PURPOSE/MANDATE :

- Havells is seeking highly motivated and technically sound professionals to join our Centre for Research & Innovation towards delivering Innovation vision through strategic roadmaps and execution excellence.

- The person should have strong believe in transformation through Innovations, ability to convert & communicate vision into operational roadmap and excellent commercial acumen.

- The role is fit for someone with demonstrated track-record of creating and delivering Innovation or technology roadmaps.

WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :

Educational qualifications :

- Full time Graduate Engineer (B.E. or B. Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering) from Tier-1 institutions

- MBA from a premier institution

Number of years of relevant experience: 4 - 8 years

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Work with cross functional stakeholders to define Innovation strategy for mid to long term goals.

- Develop operational plans for Innovation prioritization within Business, technology, and consumer dimensions.

- Define Smart measures for programs tracking like OITF, Speed to market, Revenue delivery etc.

- Formalize and manage outside in programs for ideations and technology leap.

TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Excellent thought leadership and communication skills.

- Experience in managing several programs simultaneously.

- Strong analytics and Business acumen.

- Exposure of New product development and New product introduction in Electrical/Electronic consumer goods field.

- Having good awareness of Innovation management processes.

PEOPLE SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and present plans to senior stakeholders.
