Havells - Product Manager
- Create a road map and plan timelines / deadlines for the new products development with CRI & Plants
- Research competitor offerings and do analysis of product performance, potential and make strategies accordingly
- Strategy deployment for business growth in next 2-3 years time frame
- Obtain insights into customers' usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data
- Responsible for identifying product GTM and highlighting profitable sales and objectives
- Create a USP for product & communicate the value to the sales team for generating business leads
- Use market research data to establish product pricing and align with market requirements
- Responsible for identifying product GTM and highlighting profitable sales and objectives
- Responsible to support sales team for achieving top line growth with incremental price realization
- Work closely with Marcom for creating and implementing content for marketing campaigns, website, social media and any other marketing channels for business leverage
- Create training modules for the Sales team
- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for having product feedback and working with CRI / plant quality to ensure better performance
- Review inventory levels with SCM and provide forecast for next 3-6 months to ensure product availability with optimum inventory
- Lead, develop and manage a high performing team of individuals to execute the product roadmap and relevant priority Go-to-Market (GTM) plans, ensuring customer success
