1. Agree timelines and deadlines for the development of New Products with development/engineering team, Factories, SCM team & MARCOM teams
2. Obtain insights into customers' usage of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data
3. Create a USP for product
4. Responsible for proposing Go-to-Market (GTM) to maximize sales & profitability
5. Research competitor strategy- Price, schemes, products positioning and make wining strategies accordingly
6. Use market research data to establish product pricing, propose product positioning to maximise top line & bottom line
7. Make 3-year road map
8. Communicate the value of new product to the sales team along with suggestive sales pitch
9. Review inventory levels and ensure product availability
10. Coordinates with Sales, Marcom, Service for better performance of products launched
