Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Product Head (Sales) to lead our Consumer Lighting business in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams. As a Product Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.


Roles and Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Consumer Lighting business in Ahmedabad.


- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to achieve sales objectives.


- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the market, including expanding the customer base and increasing market share.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results, including marketing, finance, and operations.


- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and threats.


- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and distributors.


- Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales performance.


- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.


Required Skills and Experience:


- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.


- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.


- Experience in distribution or consumer products industry, with a strong understanding of the Ahmedabad market.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.


- Lighting distribution experience is an added advantage.

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot)


Sales analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI)
