We are seeking an experienced Product Head IP to lead our Industrial Products & Capacitors Sales team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 10-18 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and managing teams.


As a Product Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets, expanding the customer base, and partnering with channels to understand business needs and objectives. You will also be responsible for keeping an eye on competitors' moves, product launches, pricing, and communication.


1. Drive Sales top line revenue and increase market share. Own annual sales targets within assigned territory. Lead the Industrial Products & Capacitors Sales Team

2. Responsible for driving Sales, GTM strategy and engagement programs for Low Voltage Switchgear, Control Gear, Power Quality Products and Solutions with Panel Builders, OEMs, Contractors, End Users, in the assigned territory

3. Responsible for appointing distributors in vacant towns.

4. Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.

5. Partner with channel to understand the business needs and objectives & maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with them.

6. Keep an eye on competitors' move, Product Launches, Pricing, Communication etc.

7. 100% compliance to organization initiatives such as SFA, DMS etc


Required Skills and Experience:


- A minimum of 10-18 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the Industrial Products & Capacitors industry.


- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.


- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.


- Knowledge of low voltage switchgear, control gear, power quality products, and solutions is an added advantage.


Tech Stack:


Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot)


Sales analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI)
