Online & D2C Marketing Head
1. Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy
2. Create and manage Google Ad campaigns. (SEM)
3. Create and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads. (Social media advertising)
4. Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO)
5. Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS
6. Manage paid listings on third party websites and media partners
7. Develop and oversee email marketing and marketing automation strategy
8. Set up, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns (EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, loyalty campaigns, etc.)
9. Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns
10. Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimization action plans to sales and marketing teams
11. Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands' digital channels and assets
Salient Features :
- Have worked on performance marketing campaigns (on Amazon and Flipkart) for large electrical/ electronics conglomerate
- Have managed multiple ad agencies
- Experience in handling D2C performance marketing
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Google Ads Search and Display certified
- GAIQ certified
- Strong proven track record for managing large budgets in ad spend
Education : MBA in Marketing or equivalent
Experience : 10-15 Years
