Havells - Head - Logistics

Job Purpose :

- Sustain and Build Strong Logistic Operations Capabilities

- Establish New Standards in Supply Chain in the Industry

- Ownership of Havells Logistics Operations and Strategy.

- Making Logistics Operations superior in terms of Speed, Innovation and Cost

- Driver superior Customer experience

- Contribute towards Havells GTM strategy

- Digitize Logistics Operations for end to end visibility and monitoring

- Lead the Operations and closely work with 3pl partners to improve service levels, operational efficiencies and cost

- Develop and Lead KPIs for fulfillment and delivery performance

- Own the Training Program to help people grow

- Oversee development of Process and System for continuous improvement

- Ensure Various Statutory compliances associated with Warehousing and Transportation operations and drive ESG initiatives

- Adapt, Demonstrate and Propagate Havells Cultural Values

- Balancing Immediate and long term priorities

Area-Under Scope of Work

- All Factories Logistics operations , All FG & Spares Warehouses Operations and Process Compliances

Stake Holders to Manage-Under Scope of Work

- External: Vendors

- Internal: IT team/ Factory Logistics Team / HO SCM Team/ Hub Operation Team/Commercial Heads

Skill Sets Needed

- Engineering Graduate preferably with an MBA coupled with minimum 15 Years of experience
