About the role :
The purpose of this role is to spearhead, quantum growth of Havells' E-commerce business, across categories like white goods, home appliances, grooming products etc on marketplace platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, as well as emerging platforms. The incumbent would be responsible for growth in revenue, margins and market share. A sharp business acumen along with strong relationship management skills are essential. The candidate should be knowledgeable on Data Analytics, Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.
In this role, you can expect to :
- Responsible for driving overall Lloyd Sales and drive margins for all categories
- Liaison with partners, category teams and business stakeholders to ensure that online initiatives align with business platform strategies and deliver against these goals
- Provide inputs on product and service offering. Develop product/ service launch roadmap along with category teams for the Lloyd business and successfully execute in marketplaces and emerging online channels
- Lead and negotiate annual agreements with Ecommerce partners. Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partner basis clear understanding of customer strategy, KPIs and understanding as well of brand strategy and objectives.
- Drive Alliances to synergise products and services and manage Market-Place alliances and vendor management
- Implement the Online Merchandising Strategy, and marketing and product content across Lloyd portfolio
- Align and integrate the channels to key business processes (Events, Promos & Range.)
- Define and implement Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales etc.)
- Provide sales forecast to help business in operation planning with capacity/inventory recommendations
- Build team structure, recognize leadership potential, and support career development through enhancing capabilities within the team
- Manage reporting, analytics and insight on performance.
You may be a good fit for our team if you have :
- MBA in Marketing or Strategy
- 15+ years of experience preferably with premium brands
- Good knowledge of the Digital & eCommerce industry with relevant experience in leading an online business. Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals through the digital channel. Should have led teams driving successful results.
- Good Inter personal Skills and Leadership abilities, Strong commercial and business acumen, Brings in strong relationships with Ecom Platforms and ability to forge win win partnerships, Technologically and Digitally aware and abreast of latest developments in this space and among competitors, Number savvy and strong with Data Analytics.
