- Responsible for driving & setting up Distribution process, GTM strategy and engagement programs for Urban and Rural markets for all distribution product categories.
- Responsible for appointing Distributors for all vacant urban, semi urban & rural towns.
- Responsible for creating & driving training sales programs for frontline sales employees & DSP.
- Work on reducing Distribution attrition by ensuring healthy ROI through productive engagement with distributors & provide required support.
- Ensure DMS implementation & usage on regular basis.
- Drive Sales top line revenue of approx. 500 Cr and increase market share
