Distribution Head -West
- Responsible for driving & setting up Distribution process, GTM strategy and engagement programs for Urban and Rural markets for all distribution product categories.
- Responsible for appointing Distributors for all vacant urban, semi urban & rural towns.
- Responsible for creating & driving sales training programs for frontline sales employees & DSP.
- Work on reducing Distribution attrition by ensuring healthy ROI through productive engagement with distributors & provide required support.
- Ensure DMS (Distributor Management System) implementation & usage on regular basis.
- Knowledgeable on Sales Data Analytics and SFA platforms.
- Drive Sales top line revenue of approx. 500 Cr and increase market share
- Versatile experience of around 15 yrs with a hardcore Distribution exposure preferably from Indian FMCG/Telecom companies.
- Should have an exposure of working in different geography (min 2 states exposure) including West
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in working with senior teams & large channel partners.
- Should be energetic, Good listener and proactive.
