Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Set clear team goals and provide performance feedback regularly to drive team success.
- Track key performance metrics such as sales conversion rates, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Monitor team performance, analyze results, and implement improvement strategies.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and manage difficult client relationships when required.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction in all interactions.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, discuss challenges, and maintain team engagement.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
- Report team performance and sales data to upper management and provide insights for process improvements.
- Maintain documentation of sales strategies, best practices, and customer feedback.
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient sales methodologies.
- Collaborate with other departments like marketing, customer support, and operations to align on goals and ensure smooth workflow.
