Objective:


- The principal aim of the Business Development Manager(Cosmetic Packaging Industry) for the Domestic in cosmetics packaging material is to stimulate market expansion and revenue growth through the identification, cultivation, and advancement of business prospects with clients from around the world who are engaged in the cosmetics industry.

- With customer retention and satisfaction as a top priority, this position is tasked with establishing and strengthening partnerships, enhancing brand visibility, and achieving sales goals.

Role:


- The Business Development Manager will lead the expansion of the company's footprint in the cosmetics packaging market.

- In order to drive business growth, establish relationships with key stakeholders, and penetrate new markets, they will be tasked with developing and executing strategic plans.

- Mumbai Candidates preferable western line.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess market trends.

- Develop and execute strategies to enter new Domestic markets and expand existing ones.

- Establish and sustain connections with critical customers, distributors, and partners in the industry.

- Ensure product offerings satisfy market demands through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.

- Determine improvement opportunities by monitoring and analysing market data and sales performance.

- Provide accurate and timely reports regarding market trends, sales pipelines, and projections.

- Remain current on the standards, regulations, and competitive environment of your industry.

- Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events on behalf of the organisation.

- In order to optimise business processes and increase customer satisfaction, head initiatives for continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities:

- Achieving sales targets and revenue goals in the cosmetics packaging market.

- Expanding market share and customer base in targeted regions.

- Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients and partners.

- Contributing to the development of strategic plans and market expansion initiatives.

- Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery.

- Revenue growth in target markets.

- Client acquisition and retention rates.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- MBA preferred.

- Proven experience (10-15years) in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the cosmetics packaging industry.

- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share in international markets.

- Strong understanding of cosmetics packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and industry trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and sales forecasting.

- Ability to travel internationally as required.
