Analytics & Performance Evaluation Executive - India (Pune) based

- Hardskills is a new brand in online learning that enables the world's largest employers to train their workforce at scale in behavioural skills. Our platform is entirely online and deployed globally. We have two openings for talented and self-motivated individuals with at least 5 years MNC work experience in Operations/ Training/ L&D background to join our Pune team.

We are looking for professionals who are detail-oriented, have strong communication skills and can demonstrate strong initiative. You will need to have excellent planning skills and be able to work methodically and with a high degree of focus on client service.

Role Description :

- The role involves working with our Analytics team to review and analyze performance of trainees that enrolled in our online courses. You will be part of an international team and follow a systemized methodology already in place to review responses to assessments.

- You will need to apply some judgement to grading and providing coaching tips using our measurement framework.

- You will be actively involved in completing personalized reports for trainees and provide input into management data dashboards provided to our enterprise customers.

- The career path for this role will provide an opportunity to move into Client Account management based on performance.

You are/have:

- 6-8 years of work experience in MNCs

- Process driven, strong ability to execute workflows with high attention to detail

- Proven ability to recognize trends and escalate issues internally before they impact clients

- Ability to adjust quickly to rapid change in a dynamic operating environment

- Disciplined and strong work ethic

- Strong numerical and analytical skills

Responsibilities include -

- Thorough understanding of the Hardskills product, platform and market segment

- Grading and scoring the trainee responses

- Exercise judgement, provide targeted coaching tips based on provided framework

- Handling training and reporting communications

- Help refine processes to efficiently manage workflows

- Effective and error free execution of day-to-day operations

- Provide support for other operational activities related to client management

Must Haves:

- Post Graduate degree/diploma (successful completion of an online learning course is a plus)

- Fluent English communicator - written & verbal

- High proficiency in modern software tools & programs: full Microsoft suite, Salesforce, etc
