Ambience Gurgaon, M3M IFC Tower, & DLF Noida) and is clockling 250% growth in YoY

revenue.

Harajuku Tokyo Cafe takes you to the streets of Harajuku - where every bite bursts with

flavours, colours, and culture. We welcome you to take a piece of Harajuku with you each time

you leave our cafe. Every treat on our menu - from our savouries and breads to the soft and

fluffy pancakes and Japanese cheesecakes; from bento bowls & ramen to authentic boba tea -

have been handcrafted by renowned Japanese chefs.

Our mission is to bring the traditional Japanese cafe experience to 100 million Indians and we

want to do this with you! As we expand to 90 stores pan India, we are looking for a Head of

Marketing to help us move to the next level and become one of India's largest and fastest-growing QSR & Casual DIning chains.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:

- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and increase sales.

- Utilise market research, consumer insights, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

2. Brand Management:

- Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and communication materials.

- Develop brand messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience and effectively communicates our unique value proposition.

3. Digital Marketing:

- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.

- Analyse digital performance metrics and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and customer engagement.

4. Traditional Marketing:

- Plan and execute traditional marketing activities such as print advertising, events, partnerships, and promotions to reach local audiences and drive foot traffic.

5. Public Relations and Media Relations:

- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to generate positive press coverage and enhance brand reputation.

- Develop PR strategies and communication plans to manage crisis situations and maintain a positive brand image.

6. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Work cross-functionally with other departments such as operations, culinary, and finance to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

- Passion for Japanese culture and cuisine is a plus.
