The Opportunity
We are looking to build our Program Management Team to manage our ever-increasing portfolio of clients. As the member of the team, you will
- Ensure success of every project within the program by streamlining core processes
- Ensure all aspects (scope, timeliness, quality and target achievement) of all projects run smoothly
- Lay out and drive responsibilities & accountability of all stakeholders involved in a project
- Enable collaboration and problem solving amongst all functions (program design & management, technology, M&E and training development, client management) to ensure project objectives are met
- Maintain top notch communication amongst all verticals and ensure all documents related to the project are in place
- Build robust reporting mechanisms that drives governance internally and with clients
- Build the MIS team that keep us correct ALWAYS when it comes to data and reporting
You should
- Be excited about working in a high growth, impact driven, social enterprise
- Have minimum 3-5 years of managing large projects in the social sector
- Exhibit strong leadership skills and be able to influence solutions through smart thinking and collaboration
- Be able to understand business strategies, align them to clearly defined goals and apply the same while managing projects within the program vertical
- Be comfortable with data and show ability to articulate the story behind the data
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to proactively manage risks
- Be able to apply past learnings & share best practices for continuous improvisation
- Be able to bring about operational efficiency & project profitability
