- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards

- Professional certification like CPA, CMA, or ACCA would be beneficial

- Maintain books of accounts, and liaison with statutory auditors for regular audits and compliance filing.

- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial information required by Management

- Preparing MIS and other reports including PnL, Cash flow statements, Turnover & Quarterly results.

- Ensuring timely payments to Creditors and receivables from debtors.

- Formulating budgets and conducting ratio/ ageing/ variance analysis to determine the difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.

- Analysing reports and flagging off unusual numbers or trends

- Implementing systems, policies/procedures and report variances to facilitate internal financial control.

- Formulating & Presenting Budgets & Quarterly revised forecasts or Latest Estimates

- Providing sophisticated financial modeling, financial analysis, and analysis of key business trends

- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and raising invoices on time to ensure healthy cash flow
