- Merchant and brand sales/BD experience is a must to be eligible for the role

You will be joining a promising startup at an early stage and be a part of the leadership group. You will get responsibility for enrolling the first set of merchants and brand partners on the platform. Depending on your experience, you could have regional or national responsibility across verticals like F&B, Fashion, Fitness, Beauty, and Electronics. You will undertake profitable expansion and have complete freedom to build your Sales operations from scratch.

Job Responsibilities :

- Generate sales revenue through prospecting, nurturing and closing national chain-based merchants/accounts; Build and manage your sales pipeline; achieve quarterly revenue targets.

- Manage the entire account lifecycle from account strategy, customer engagement, commercial negotiation

- Performance reporting on a regular basis.

- Manage P&L for key accounts.

Requirement :

- 3 - 10 years of successful sales stint selling to merchants and brands. Preferably to chain-based accounts who have a national presence.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone/video conference presence

- Persistent and optimistic problem solver with a vibrant, assertive and energetic attitude, strong work ethic and driven to succeed

- Passionate about helping businesses grow, shifting O2O paradigms, strong desire to work in a fast-paced, self-directed start-up environment.
