Job Brief: Manager - Lender Relations
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and build new strategic partnerships with Banks and NBFCs.
- Work aggressively on business development for closing lending lines for the company as per assigned business targets.
- Manage the existing relationships within defined engagement contours to achieve company targets/goals & ensure client/customer satisfaction.
- Exploring new business ideas from current relationships to enhance the business volumes.
- Finding new ways to enhance engagement with lenders
- Updating lenders about the latest developments and share insights about the market and company's cutting edge technology
- Liaison with internal stakeholders for any support, updates, requirements to be closed with lenders in expected timelines.
- Identify new areas for business growth by researching industry and related events
- Ensuring that current business relationships are maintained as per defined terms & business expectations.
- Raising timely Invoices at defined frequency to lender followed by timely release of due payments
- To manage the operational finance function efficiently, develop operational initiatives resulting in achieving company goals.
- Third party payments post accurate reconciliation of financial records.
- Monitor and manage partner & lender payments including invoices, transaction data & funds.
- Execute daily operational tasks of the data and fund management & reconciliation.
- Executing & managing KYC verification processes basis KYC policies & regulations.
- Develop process, procedures & policies to achieve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain transaction level statements for reconciliation of data & funds.
- Execute & manage daily / monthly & periodic activities of operational finance along with reporting.
- Ensure that operational finance activities are executed and delivered as per the standards, policies within defined timelines.
- Managing the complete life cycle of bank accounts used/to be used for operational finance with various banks.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners & lenders to address any queries/complaints related to financial operations.
You Have:
- MBA in Finance with 8 -10 years of experience in operational finance function with 4-5 years as Manager
- Understanding of Process, Policies Regulatory framework around BFSI/Lending Industry.
- Knowledge of financial products (rural/micro) & Fintech Lending Business
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- BFSI, Micro Credit, FinTech experience is expected
- Immediate joiners preferred.

You Have :
