About the Role:

We are dedicated to helping families and small businesses manage money as easily and enjoyably as messaging or entertainment on a mobile. Our initial focus is on fast, affordable credit for small businesses and families. To take this vision forward we are looking for someone who passionate, committed and spearhead the technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple highly skilled and focused technical teams

- Establishes and co-ordinates with product owners to manage programmes of work (delivered through development)

- Interact with several business partners to define and execute integration plans

- Manage delivery in an often-tight but structured environment

- Representing the technology perspective on a management level

- Maintaining a productive working environment for the development teams

Experience& Skills:

- Strong understanding of technology particularly in digital payments, banking and NBFC space

- Must possesses Agile processes, System design, Ruby, Postgres, MVC

- Possess the ability to define strategic architecture for the medium/long term.

- At least 8 years of hands-on development experience

- Managing cloud based applications (AWS / Heroku)

- Knowledge of CI/CD

- Experience in TDD

Nice to have skills:

- At least one front-end framework (Angular / React)

- Exposure to the app development life cycle(Android / iOS)

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, with Master's degree in either of these fields or Master of Business Administration preferred
