Arthimpact Digital Loans (ARTH) is established in 2018, ARTH is a technology first Micro-MSME finance company that provides short-term, fair-priced, collateral-free (unsecured) business loans to micro-enterprises and self-employed entrepreneurs across India with a focus on women-led businesses. Position: Head Product Lending

Location: Gurugram

Functions: Product

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for manage the entire life cycle of lending products from inception to launch.

- Develop strategies and define product roadmap based on leadership strategies and vision and Identify market opportunities and define product strategy

- Liaising with lenders like Banks, NBFCs and credit bureaus etc. and managing the business relationship

- Engage closely with the engineering, design, marketing and business to guide products from inception to launch. Run Marketing campaigns.

- Track all business and user behavior metrics actively. Keep all stakeholders updated about latest developments in Better product and/or competitor products in the market.

- Identifying and creating new business lending opportunities and partnerships.

- Responsible for the new initiatives, strategic alliances & partnerships pertaining to lending vertical.

- Develops and implements best practices processes and technology to improve serviceability to customers and enhance productivity of team

- Collaborate and engage with compliance, legal, Risk & Underwriting teams to ensure a compliant and robust portfolio

- Responsible for constant trainings for continual updates & improvement of service delivery related to the product.

- Setup scalable processes and use efficient tools to achieve all product and business goals

- Responsible for P&L

Qualification and Skills

- Post-Graduation in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics or related discipline;

- At least 8 years relevant experience in MSME lending and financial solutions in any reputed NBFC/Small Finance Banks or Fintech

- Good Understanding of digital technologies and technology and Interested in driving technology led solutions

- Self-starter to bring solutions in place.

- Functional knowledge of all aspects of lending such as credit, collections, sales, product

- Good understanding of the risk & compliance areas across a wide variety of lending products and regions;

- Good team handling experience

- Excellent communications and interpersonal skill

- Proficiency in use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Passionate about development & impact work
