Strong social intent and readiness to jump into the impact sector with emphasis on technology Position: Company Secretary :&nbsp; We're looking for a Company Secretary (available for joining immediately) who will independently handle all company secretarial functions of the company. The position's purpose is to ensure all regulatory requirements and compliance adhere to on a timely manner Duties and Responsibilities: - Advise on good governance practices and compliance of Corporate Governance norms as prescribed under various law - Assists in developing a corporate and social sustainability framework - Handles the promotion, formation and incorporation of companies and matters related therewith - Responsible for filing, registering any document including forms, returns and applications by and on behalf of the company as an authorized representative - Coordinate the board/general meetings and follow-up actions thereof - Manages all tasks relating to Securities and their transfer and transmission - Acts as the custodian of corporate records, statutory books and registers - Manages the Secretarial/Compliance Audit - Signing of Annual Return where necessary and responsible for other declarations, attestations and certifications under the Companies Act - Other service includes but not limited to advising on Arbitration And Conciliation matters, Corporate Laws Advisory And Representation matters - Constant engagement with the regulators and represent the company in various forums Skills required :&nbsp; - Qualified and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS) - Minimum 4- 5 years of experience in NBFC sector is a must. - Minimum qualification - Post-Graduation degree - Prior NBFC / Financial Services / Small Finance Bank / Financial Inclusion experience is an added advantage - A legal degree will be an advantage - The candidate should be aligned to social impact and development goals Please apply with your CV along with a cover letter.
