Function

Happy is looking for a Business Development Manager understanding of the NBFC and Fintech markets. The role will primarily focus on assessing companies market intelligence by closely following business trends, new product launches, competition mapping, customer experiences etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achievement of business goals for by identifying and acquiring the partners which fit the growth aspirations of the company

- Diversify company's business by entering newer business segments and geographies.

- Explore and realize new opportunities by mapping the product capabilities of the company with the potential partners.

- Enhance company's market intelligence by closely following business trends, new product launches, competition mapping, customer experiences etc.,

- Work closely with internal stakeholders viz., product, engineering, CEA and risk for achieving business targets.

Experience : Around 5 years in BD / Product

Domain : Fintech

Location: Mumbai

Education : Engineering + MBA from Tier I / II institutes
