Marketing and Communication Analyst Profile:

- A digital marketing analyst who would develop, implement and manage various marketing campaigns and help the organisation to promote all on-going promotions and measure efficacy.


- Here the key job would involve in analysing the data of the promo/ offers in the digital space and convert customers or leads into our customer base.


Job Responsibilities, Deliverables & Pre-requisites:


- The role is intended to drive marketing communication efficiency and engage with customers through various marketing communication channel. A Self-starter with hands-on experience related to campaign management products and tools.


- Work closely with partners and marketing agencies towards campaign efficiencies and conversion count/percentage. Support design, development of comprehensive content for new products to ensure targets are met. Will be required to work with all cross functional teams and ensure timely execution of marketing campaign. Execute all email, SMS, and push notifications along with social media campaigns


- Adhere to compliance with communication strategies and policies. Maintain data and publish daily dashboards of all key metrics to all stakeholders of campaigns and promos. Monitor and measure campaign implementation & detailed analysis across channels & incorporate improvements.


- Experience in online campaign management and execution through CRM and other tools/systems. Complete hands-on experience in excel and power-point. Good verbal and written communication along with strong analytical & presentation skills.

- A Strategic thinker, ability to collaborate and interact effectively and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Candidate must have a Master's Degree in Marketing and 6+ years of experience in managing various marketing campaigns in the digital space.


- Experience from any start up would be considered as an added benefit.
