About the Role : Product Manager/Business Manager: E-Commerce

Our website (ustraa.com and happilyunmarried.com) is the leading revenue generator for the company. We are looking for dynamic person whose sole KPI shall be to increase customer lifetime value on our website.

Specific (but not limited to) responsibilities (output metrices):

- Increase conversions of key workflows on our website

- Increase average order value per transactions

- Increase the customer retention metrices across monthly cohorts across key products

- Increase the proportion of prepaid orders

- Ensure we have "always exceeds expectation" experience for our customers when orders are in transit.

- Ensure we have "always exceeds expectation" experience for post purchase workflows.

Some of the skills that you shall have:

- Proven cases where in you built something to drive outcomes by empathizing customers' pain point.

- Extremely good with excel

- Deep expertise in data analysis and deriving actionable items out of the analysis.

- Excellent communication and people skill.
