Digital Marketing Manager - Facebook & Instagram
Job Description:
The candidate will be required to strategize, launch, monitor and lead execution of marketing campaigns primarily on Facebook.
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic/sales to our web and mobile properties.
- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns on Facebook and other ad networks.
- Recommending landing page changes and other inputs based on ad-performance/ analytics.
- Drive new ideas and processes to improve performance of campaigns across web and mobile, including account structure, bidding, ad copy and audience development.
- Experience with using Google analytics for in-depth analysis of account performance.
- Partake in assessing performance of creatives (as it happens to be a big performance lever).
- Run A/B split tests for to look for optimization opportunities across audiences.
- Develop an understanding of customer behavior & use it to drive ad-efficiency across the funnel.
Desired Skills & Experience:- 1+ years of experience with paid social media or paid search campaigns.
- Basic understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem (and different moving parts).
- Ability to translate business objectives to tangible, action-able goals.
- Proven PPC skills, optimization techniques, and bid management.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Social media & working with ad networks.
- Good with MS-Excel (Pivots & Formulas).
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
- Google Certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree - Marketing or Advertising concentration a plus
