Associate Data Analyst
About the role :
We are looking for someone who can break down tons of data that we churn every day into meaningful bits. From more efficient inventory planning to a better understanding of consumer buying behavior, we seek intervention everywhere.
We are looking at someone who has spent 1-2 years doing this and understands that the - data once transformed into information is priceless.
You need to have a good head for numbers, an understanding of FMCG business would be preferred. Ability to thrive under chaos and to adapt quickly is an essential requirement.
We are looking for a sharp and talented individual who can:
- Data mine better than most
- Understand the stories/insights that the data is showing
- Communicate well the stories/insights with all relevant stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
(a) Preparation of key business metrics periodically (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
(b) Inventory Planning
(c) (c) Reporting for monthly business review.
(d) Drive automation effort in business MIS
Who we- re looking for:
- An ideal candidate is someone with good problem solving, analytical and people skills.
- Someone who loves working with numbers
- Someone with a working knowledge of Excel, SQL (This is a data heavy role), Biq Query
- Someone who will able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and should be one who is not fazed by ambiguity.
- Prior experience in E-Commerce and D2C would be a plus but is not necessary.
