Talent Manager:
- An Organizational Development and Talent Management Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing programs and strategies to enhance an organization's performance, talent development, and succession planning.
- This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of organizational development and talent management practices.
The key responsibilities of an Organizational Development and Talent Management Lead will include:
- Developing and implementing talent management programs, including Talent development framework, talent reviews, career planning, and succession planning.
- Conducting needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas of improvement and develop interventions to address performance and talent development needs.
- Developing and implementing organizational development strategies, including culture change, team building, and leadership development programs.
- Developing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and training programs.
- Identifying and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent management and organizational development programs.
- Partnering with business leaders to understand their talent needs and ensure alignment of talent management and organizational development initiatives with business objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to talent management and organizational development.
- The ideal candidate for an Organizational Development and Talent Management Manager role should have a degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field, as well as several years of experience in a similar role.
- They should have excellent communication and leadership skills, a deep understanding of organizational development and talent management practices, and a strategic mindset.
- Additionally, they should have experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Some organizations may require additional certifications, such as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or Certified Talent Management Practitioner (CTMP) certification.
