Job Description :
Roles and responsibilities / What Youll Do :
- Drive the global marketing charter for 3 Industry Groups of Happiest Minds as part of the Product & Digital Engineering Business unit.
- Work closely with the BU Marketing Head and the Industry Group Heads to formulate the marketing strategy and drive end-to-end execution.
- Identify the most relevant industry events and conferences for each Industry Group (IG) and \ drive end-to-end participation including vendor management, theme development, collateral creation & campaign execution.
- Collaborate with inside sales teams and external lead-generation agencies to develop and run industry focused demand-generation campaigns.
- Identify the top accounts within each IG and carry out Account Based Marketing programs to increase mindshare within the account and position Happiest Minds to effectively cross-sell and up-sell within relevant BUs.
- Closely work with Analyst and Advisory firms to ensure timely and effective participation in market studies to secure coverage and appropriate positioning for Happiest Minds.
- Drive the creation of contemporary and compelling marketing artifacts such as brochures, presentations, flipbooks, and videos to effectively convey Happiest Minds positioning and value proposition.
- Monitor market and industry trends and carry out market research to provide succinct insights for strategy formulation and development.

- A true marketing enthusiast with original ideas who can balance creativity with data driven insights.
- Prior experience in consulting or IT services firms is an advantage.
