- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns & perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Drive inorganic traffic to Happay's website, mobile site and mobile apps through search engine marketing across search engines such as Google, Yahoo and others to ensure max ROI
- Analyse data from Google Analytics, AdWords, social media dashboards etc. to optimize campaigns and improve ROI & publish comprehensive regular reports on digital marketing to enable data driven decision making
- Day to day planning, management and analysis of PPC channels (Google / Bing / Facebook / LinkedIn) to achieve and exceed channel goals, drive conversions and maintain profitability
- Cover keyword research (discovery and expansion), review and editing of creative copy (titles and descriptions), review and analysis of website performance metrics, and optimization of campaigns
- Grow and optimize keywords portfolio through testing (A/B and Multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywords, etc.
- Create, track, analyze and optimize paid search campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
- Measure and report performance of paid search campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Build insights based on analysis and collaborate with various stakeholders to incorporate them.
- Monitor search trends, best practices, and techniques to ensure account growth and identify new opportunities like Re-targeting Lists in Search Ads, Temporal Bidding Executions, Zipcode modifier keywords, Geo campaign breakout etc
- Strategically build, manage, and optimize Search, Display, Youtube, GSP & Re-marketing campaigns, primarily on Google AdWords, including other relevant B2B platforms
- Drive the creation of new conversion flows to enhance display channel conversion.
- Gather and analyse customer insights from marketing automation and CRM tools with introduction of other relevant analytics tools.
- Analyze campaign performance with information from multiple data sources and make data-based optimizations & recommendations
- Consistently meet and exceed minimum levels of performance on metrics like CTR, CPC, Conversion rate, etc.
- Manage or assist with the management of Facebook and other social media advertising campaigns
- Campaign Set Up (Build tightly-themed ad groups by keyword relevancy, Configure campaign settings, add negative keywords, etc.) & tweaking the ad copy. Make relevant suggestion for LP changes, enable UTMl tracking for all the campaigns, run experiments & manage the bids (Including creating custom automated bidding rules and regional or schedule-based bid adjustments)
- Use Google Analytics, visitor behavior tools, and site optimization tools to deliver key insights for optimizing campaigns.
- Identify, empanel, manage and grow new partners and affiliates around the globe with a focus on priority markets, Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate - generated revenues.Monitor and analyze affiliate campaigns and maintain target ROI
