Role : Product Analyst

Job Description :

The selected candidate will :

- Work very closely with account management team to understand customer requirements and problems, emphasise and innovatively resolve them with the help of product/ engineering teams and communicate the solution back to the customers.

- Interact regularly with the customers for issue management.

- Work with product team to suggest new features/enhancements in the product.

- Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and solicit customer feedback on existing product capabilities and new product possibilities.

Desired candidate profile :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent

- Self-starter with energy and motivation to work on product enhancements and customer delight

- Strong communication and negotiation ability

- Quick learner, flexible, adaptable

- Ability to work in fast-paced startup environment

- Ability to understand client situations and present relevant product-based solutions
