HANSOL - Branch Manager - Freight Forwarding

Role Description

- The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of our Pune branch and support a team of experienced import and export professionals to grow and service the business.

- Proactively keeps senior management informed of major developments within the Branch.

- Prospecting new accounts, understanding client shipping needs, creating solutions involving air/ocean transport, preparing quotes, and ensuring timely delivery per commitments.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their specific needs and requirements.

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the shipment process, including booking, documentation, and customs clearance.

- Regular Meeting with Directors, Shipping Managers or Concern Departments for build business growth and upcoming projects.

- Any Other work assigned by management time to time.
