Hansa Cequity - Head - Technology/Solution Architect - CRM/Data Warehousing/BI

Responsibilities:

The Solution Architect is responsible for defining, designing, modelling & deploying technology solutions for Cequity clients. In this core leadership role, Cequity Solutions Architects will advise multiple client teams across industry verticals on marketing data warehouse architecture and ETL practices. They are responsible for ensuring a high quality implementation of data warehouses during the development phase.

Key Responsibilities

- Adopt open source tools and technologies for the needs of the business

- Lead CRM technology solution implementation projects

- Partner with business teams to visualize and define industry specific technology frameworks

- Ownership of Data warehouse Design and Development on large scale data warehousing projects

- Own functional design of the end-to-end solution footprint during implementation

- Provide oversight for Design & Code reviews

- Manage and communicate with external client teams during delivery

- Lead and participate in RFPs and provide technology solution content as required

- Audit existing (hosted) solutions and recommend enhancements

- Development team management and project management

- Guide, mentor, train junior team members

Position requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in database technology.

- 5+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence

- Leadership experience - should have led teams for at least 3 years

- Experience in building at least one data warehouse end to end

- Expertise across Microsoft and Open source tool stacks - Database, ETL tools, BI tools

- Exposure to campaign management tools a big plus.

- Exposure to BI tools desirable

- Articulate, effective communication skills for interacting with business users, executives, and technologists

- Experience in executing engagements using waterfall & iterative methodologies

- BE / ME from premier institute
