Job Role: Sales/Business Development
Job Location: Kurla West, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
Key Focus of the front line sales personnel will be to:
1. Drive growth in sales through new customer acquisition
2. Increase Current Client Solution base
3. Evaluate newer solution offering opportunities
4. Owned the entire sales process for clients handled and delivered it through presales and solutioning teams till closure.
5. Work closely with Practice heads/cluster heads and helps clients in achieving the right solutioning for various business problems
6. Execute the best sales process for the sector or for the client towards deal closure
7. This role will entail extremely high interdependent conversation capabilities towards understanding the problem statement making the right solution pitch to the client
8. This role also will entail very strong revenue ownership and deal closure capabilities as the sales person will be purely measured on the total revenue earned and new clients onboarded.
9. The incumbent is required to leverage his networks and connect towards lead generation which will also be a quantifiable KPI.
Candidate Requirements
1. A minimum of 8-13 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm with the key deliverables on solution sales.
2. This is an individual contributor role wherein the incumbent will have 360 degree responsibility starting from the lead generation to solutioning sales to owning and driving respective revenue
3. An extremely high important characteristic for this role is to have a high bias for action with high industry connect and hunger to sell solutions to business problem.
4. Bachelors in Engineering and Master's in business management degree required
