Looking for an experienced professional from fintech space with NBFC experience. Brief requirements :
BE / MBA, Total experience 4-5 years
Experience in financial services space specifically B2C fintech / NBFC
Ability to ideate, articulate concepts, relevant and create high impact presentations and propose innovative solutions
Excellent client engagement, influencing, consulting and solution design skills
Preferred - Awareness of data driven marketing / customer analytics domain in B2C financial services space

Key responsibilities:
- Would be responsible for consulting BFSI clients on Market Assessment, Growth Strategy, Corporate Strategy, Business Plan Formulation etc.
- Manage client relationships and expectations, and ensure client satisfaction with all project work and deliverables
- Guide client working sessions to analyse current business state and assess analytical maturity.
- Assessed the existing operating model for the clients, mapping all the business processes and identifying key gaps.
- Lead, managed and delivered couple of business transformation projects for the clients and executed the implementation roadmap
- Develop customer segmentation strategy
- Direct and review data analysis to identify actionable recommendations that drive revenue uplift
- Create metrics to measure performance in improving decisions
- Develop business plan and operating model
- Build testing and change management plans to guarantee user adoption of new Revenue Management solutions
- Develop client communication materials (presentations, reports, and status updates)
- Present insights to a diverse audience of key stakeholders, from business analysts to senior executives
- Support sales efforts with new business and continued work with existing clients
- Mentor and develop cross-functional team member
- Lead cross-functional project teams to develop high-impact client solutions
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or project-based, team-oriented environments.
- Track record of leading and managing teams or work streams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast paced and demanding environments
- Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
- Financial services industry knowledge, breadth across or depth within one of our practice areas is preferred.
- Deep Knowledge of CRM strategy & operations
- Outstanding communication skills;
- Master's degree required (Economics and Business, Engineering)
- Knowledge of Sales & Marketing Strategy & operations (preferred in Automotive Industry)
- Experience in Project Management Office (PMO)
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Willingness to travel
