As a Product Manager, you'll own the development of partnerships and growth at Hands On! We're hoping to invent the future of experiential learning and you'll be at the helm of working with a variety of corporates. We'd like you to be comfortable with being responsible for aggressive sales targets. You think strategically and implement ruthlessly. Most importantly, you build relationships.

Pre requisites :

Education : Graduate or Post Graduate

Experience : 0 to 3 years (more than 3 years might not fit into our context, so do not apply if otherwise)

Others :

- Self-starter; able to work well without constant direction

- Strong English oral and written communication skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Power Point proficiency required)

- Familiar with Marketing & Customer Service Basics

- Creativity and ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines

- Good research and internet skills

- Excellent team player

- Sales & Marketing

- Identifying & Acquiring New Clients (Cold Calling, Mailers, Meetings, Proposal Generation, Conversions)

- Sales & Client Servicing

- Outreach Activities

- Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual Sales Reviews

- Branding & Online/ Social Media Marketing

- Maintaining Online Presence, Engagement & Sustenance

- Market Research
