Job Description:
Snagging & De-Snagging (Across Multiple Projects):
- Oversee the snagging and de-snagging process across multiple residential and plotted projects, ensuring all issues are identified, documented, and resolved before final handover.
- Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to address defects efficiently and ensure timely handovers.
Fit-Out Coordination (Across Multiple Projects):
- Manage customer fit-out requests across different projects, ensuring compliance with project guidelines and timely completion.
- Work closely with clients and fit-out vendors to ensure a smooth and hassle-free execution of fit- out work across all projects.
Maintenance Management (Across Multiple Projects)
- Supervise ongoing maintenance activities across multiple project sites, ensuring that all systems are functional and comply with safety standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to handle maintenance requests promptly and minimize downtime.
Vendor Management (Across Multiple Projects)
- Coordinate with vendors for services related to snagging, fit-outs, and maintenance across various projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Manage vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) across all sites.
Customer Grievances & Communication
- Act as the escalation point for customer grievances across all projects, ensuring issues related to snagging, fit-outs, and maintenance are resolved promptly.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with customers regarding project timelines, handover processes, and any challenges encountered.
Society Formation Assistance (Across Multiple Projects)
- Support the formation of residential societies post-handover, coordinating with residents and legal teams to ensure compliance with local regulations across all projects.
- Assist residents in completing society registration processes, including necessary documentation, elections, and regulatory approvals.
Team Management (Across Multiple Projects)
- Lead and manage teams responsible for handover, snagging, fit-outs, and maintenance activities across multiple projects, ensuring task allocation and performance management are handled efficiently.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on customer service, project management, and communication skills to ensure seamless handovers.
Reporting & Documentation :
- Maintain accurate records for all handover activities, including snagging, fit-out progress, maintenance tasks, and customer grievances, across all projects.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on the status of handovers, vendor performance, and customer satisfaction metrics for all ongoing and completed projects.
Post-Handover Support:
- Provide post-handover support to clients, addressing any remaining maintenance or fit-out issues across all residential and plotted projects.
- Monitor client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in the handover process and implement solutions where needed
