- Ensure Overall Sales Growth & Target Achievement as per Business Plan
- Plans to drive growth and optimize category Presence in market.
- Analyze market trends, Consumer insights, and competitor Mapping & share insights to respective stakeholders
- Product performance mapping, identify market GAPs & Challenges through market connect.
- Collaborate with the marketing & product teams to create market schemes at Pan India level
- Ensure monitoring of Brand / Category performance at Dealer level & come up with workaround solution with detailed analysis through proper presentation.
- Facilitate objection handling at Distributor & Dealer Level & Empower Sales team to handle & convert objections into orders.
- Ensure Scheme efficiency (On time scheme rollout & communication to sales) Channel efficiency (Distributor management, Opportunity (GAP), Reach & Extraction)
