Job Description:-
Category Development:
- Plans to drive growth and optimize category & subcategory performance.
- Analyze market trends, Consumer insights, and competitor Mapping & share insights to BU Head / Product Manages to build strategy.
- New product performance mapping, Identify GAPs & Challenges through market connect.
- Collaborate with the marketing & Sales team to create compelling in-store and online materials.
Performance Analysis:
- Ensure monitoring of category & subcategory performance at Dealer level & come up with workaround solution with proper GAP Analysis.
- Focus on A/B Class Dealers to ensure proper Placement, visibility and facilitate category/subcategory penetration.
- Focus on degrowing counters & understanding the challenges/reasons & provide insights to facilitate growth in those counters.
- To be Instrumental in increasing market share of category /Subcategory & measure Category Performance through Market intelligence.
- Facilitate objection handling at Distributor & Dealer Level & empower Sales team to handle & convert objections into orders.
- Educate & Train field Staff on products subcategory, utilities & usage along with FAB. Closely work with Sales & empower to provide right communication on Products category.
- Provide detail analysis on competition & proactively provide innovative solutions on product portfolio, Trends, pricing, Schemes, etc.
- Gather and analyse consumer feedback to identify opportunities for category enhancement.
- Manage category assortment to meet consumer demand through market segmentation
- Ensure the schemes are being directed at field level & communicated properly. Map impact on the Category/subcategory sales to identify scheme efficiency.
